Main Responsibilities

* Contract Review: Examine contract documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with the system design standards.
* Design Standards Implementation: Apply project-specific international fire protection design standards, including NFPA, BSEN 12845, FM Global, and LPC.
* Client Interaction: Attend client meetings, manage technical submittals, and develop project schedules.
* Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to ISO 9001 standards.
* Cost Management: Estimate and control project costs using our ERP system and provide financial reports.
* Drawing Management: Coordinate with the design department to schedule and circulate current drawings.
* Quality and Safety: Work with the QEHS manager to meet all quality, environmental, and health & safety requirements.
* Team Support: Coach and support team members with assigned tasks.

Education & Experience

* Background: Mechanical, Construction or Electrical background with either a trades qualification or 3rd level qualification (or both).
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in managing the installation, commissioning, and servicing of Fire Detection and Gaseous Fire Suppression Systems.
* Skills:
* Strong customer and team focus with a can-do attitude.
* Ability to manage and lead a team, including Sprinkler Fitters and Engineers.
* Computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office packages.
* License: Clean full driving license.
