Our client is the digital arm of a leading American casino and resort enterprise. Known for its luxurious properties, the company's business model centres on developing large-scale, high-end integrated resorts featuring hotels, casinos, retail, entertainment, iGaming and convention facilities

Are you ready to take charge of complex IT and engineering (iGaming) projects in a start-up-like environment?

We seek a contract Technical Project Manager to join our client's Operations division for at least 12 months.

What You’ll Do:

* Strategic Project Management: Analyse, plan, and develop schedules for IT and business projects, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
* Training and Development: Establish training processes for technical personnel and business teams, focusing on new implementations like ITSM, CRM, and Fraud Management (both SaaS and on-premises).
* Leadership and Coordination: Lead technical teams, coordinate resources, and manage budgets and timelines to deliver projects successfully.
* Risk Management: Track project risks and keep stakeholders informed about progress and issues, ensuring transparency and proactive problem-solving.

What You'll Bring:

* A Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or Management Information Systems.
* At least 5 years of experience in IT project management or a related field, or 5+ years in a technical role.
* Project management certifications (PMP or PRINCE2) are highly preferred.
* Technical Familiarity with coding languages, software development, and project management tools.
* Excellent leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
* Proven experience in delivering multiple projects across the full delivery lifecycle, often in parallel.
* Experience in managing people remotely and the ability to work effectively in different countries and cultures.
* Ability to tailor communication to various audiences, including presenting confidently to executive-level stakeholders.
