Overview

Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on strategic planning, deadlines and making real business impact? If so, the permanent opportunity on our Commercialization team could be the one for you. In this business centric role, you will be involved in critical projects to the organisation with cross functional involvement.

Responsibilities

* Project manage the execution of new commercialisation products
* Develop strong relationships with project stakeholders in a virtual environment as well as with the key Plant Stakeholders in our manufacturing sites
* Influence a network of resources across Supply Chain ensuring a holistic approach to determine what tasks need to be completed by whom and by when to enable launch timings to be met.
* Engagement with R&D to ensure Supply Chain is optimised and launch timelines are met
* Identify and align critical project targets – timing, product cost targets and volumes etc.
* Ensure that the project is executable by the manufacturing site and the preferred Supply Chain is ready for commercialisation
* Engagement with the Sector Commercialisation Manager ensure project timelines are achievable and are achieved.
* Manage the $ exposure by identifying risk and aligning exposure costs.
* Work with the relevant Business Unit to get approval on the project criteria, particularly around schedule and cost
* Track appropriate metrics to manage and continuously improve performance.
* Manage a network of resources across the business to support with product launch and issue resolution
* Manage escalation and hyper care projects to ensure critical project timelines are not missed.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

* Ability to influence across the organisation, using networks to achieve success
* High attention to detail and excellent presentation skills
* Proficient with Excel, SAP and FSS experience
* PGCS Operations, Business Knowledge, Tax, C&T, SC, Quality, P&L Concentrate Basics
* Ability to multitask and self-motivated
* Deliver on optimised Innovation/ Continuous improvement project
