JOB DESCRIPTION:

Below skills are required for a Admin to perform the role.

 M365 Service Engineer

 Exchange Support Specialist

 Telecom Engineering Manager

 Service Tooling Automation Engineer

M365 Service Engineering Support:

* Handle escalations for Microsoft Teams, Mesh, and Viva services.
* Manage and resolve tickets, ranging from single-user issues to global incidents.
* Support both corporate and Federal tenants.
* Collaborate with Product Groups on new features, tooling, and processes.
* Assist with 3rd party integrations like ComputerTalk and Genesys.

Exchange Support:

* Manage Request Fulfillments for Exchange services, including mailbox migrations and junk bypass requests.
* Handle up to 1588 mailbox migrations and 1076 dumpster quota updates monthly.
* Support Venture Integration projects and identify automation opportunities.

Regional Telecom Engineering:

* Deploy and manage voice infrastructure and services in offices/data centers.
* Configure and maintain TEAMs and SBC/ATA systems.
* Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and corporate standards.
* Manage global M&R contracts and provide operational support.

Service Tooling & Automation Engineering:

* Lead a hybrid team with onshore and offshore engineers.
* Develop automation solutions using Graph API, Power Platform, Data Factory, SQL, PowerShell, and Azure functions.
* Maintain SOPs and service documentation to reduce Tier III support volumes.
* Handle Major Incident (MI) management and reporting.
