We are now recruiting for a Project Coordinator on a fixed term contract until 1 July 2025. (Hybrid)
Job Purpose
* Support the Project Management in ensuring adherence to project plan by coordinating and monitoring project activities.
Main Responsibilities
* Support project team in identifying control gaps and deficiencies in design and operating effectiveness of control.
* Work with management to develop action plans to address the gaps identified as directed by the Project Manager.
* Compiles status reports and monitors progress according to plan (maintains the project schedule(s)).
* Proactively plans, coordinates and prepares meeting and decision support material for project leadership.
* Develop and/or update processes, methods, tools and templates to use in internal control projects based on identified needs.
Your Profile
* Demonstrated experience in project management with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and techniques
* Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
* Advanced communication skills
* Proficient stakeholder management capabilities
* Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in a business or supply chain discipline
