Job Description

THE POSITION:

The Associate Principal/Director, Global Pricing and Access, will be responsible for steering project teams in delivering client consultancy projects and managing existing client relationships throughout engagements. This role involves enhancing project managers and related teams with customized insights and strategic guidance. The Associate Principal/Director will ensure executive messages are delivered to clients and continued engagement are positioned. It also should act as reference point for internal relationship management and actively support developing the business with both existing and new clients.

Responsibilities include:

* Supporting and overseeing client projects outcome development and sharing
* Assisting project managers in presenting project results to client leadership in a clear and efficient manner.
* Assisting the Sr Principal/Vice president to coordinate team activities.
* Contributing to business development by designing proposals and helping to meet quarterly revenue targets through creating and managing new and existing opportunities.
* Training junior colleagues and supporting the professional growth of the team.
* Representing internal point of contact for cross functional activities

* Support the development of industry related events (e.g., fairs, congresses)

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Associate Principal/Director is responsible for delivering outstanding business results through the efforts of project teams, often supervising more than five projects simultaneously, and developing new business. This is achieved by:

* Support steering Client Projects:
* Using business experience and acumen to identify strategic alternatives and project approaches that address client questions. Steering the project teams in developing solution-oriented approaches to add value for clients.
* Assisting in the creation and presentation of final client reports and ensuring clients satisfaction.
* Develop Business:
* Following up with existing clients post-project to ensure satisfaction and explore new business opportunities.
* Supporting the development of new contacts and client relationships by participating in and presenting at industry-specific events (e.g., fairs and congresses).
* Managing business development opportunities, including team presentations, pitches, cross-functional bidding activities.
* Support the development of new internal activities with other EVERSANA teams and entities.
* Developing collaborations and partnerships with external local experts.
* Developing Intellectual Property:
* Contributing to the development of intellectual property for future engagements and to attract new clients.
* Support the development of internal capabilities and NAVLIN/ Pricexpress platforms, acting as internal reference point for the team.
* Enhancing Team Knowledge:
* Expanding the team's knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through on-the-job experience and training.
* Keeping the high-level overview on the projects performed by internal teams and support spreading the acquired knowledge.
* Training and supporting project managers in project and bidding activities.
* Supporting the Leadership
* Assisting the Senior Principal/Vice President in managing and developing the business and planning the team growth.

* Travel (25% International)
* Hours (minimum of 40 hours per week)

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The following are the experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the Associate Principal/Director position:

* Education:
* B.S./B.A in a relevant field of study required.
* Experience:
* 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or health industry.
* 8+ years of experience in a consulting role.
* Skills and Abilities:
* Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative market research.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a project portfolio.
* Proven history of managing mid-size teams of 6+ people, also without direct report
* Strong business development capabilities.
* Exceptional conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to become a trusted contact for clients.
* Business management deep knowledge
* Industry Knowledge:
* Solid understanding of pharmaceutical business practices and operation, clear overview of the issues clients face in areas such as pricing and market access.
* Comprehensive knowledge of pricing and market access specificities in key global geographies, including but not limited to EU, UK, China, Brazil, Canada, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, South Africa.
* Additional Requirements:
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time.
* Ability to train and manage large team remotely.
* REQUIRED EU VISA

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, MPh, PhD).
* 10+ years of management consulting experience.
* Demonstrated ability to generate new business and expand existing one
* Outstanding communication skills and clear Leadership attitude
* Outstanding team management capabilities with indirect reports
