Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage the development of a new software system in collaboration with a third-party company within the financial services sector, with a focus on lending and mortgages. This role involves hands-on delivery, senior project management capabilities, and working within an agile environment.
Job Responsibilities:
* Lead hands-on delivery and senior project management of IT initiatives.
* Collaborate with a third-party company to develop a new software system.
* Manage projects within an agile environment, ensuring adherence to methodologies.
* Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and external third-party implementation companies.
* Ensure projects comply with Central Bank regulations.
* Optimise documentation and processes for project efficiency.
* Maintain a strategic perspective on project delivery.
* Drive change and transformation initiatives within the organisation.
* Integrate low code applications and manage projects involving Azure cloud and APIs.
Experience Required:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably within financial services.
* Proven experience in full lifecycle application development from front-end to back-end.
* Strong stakeholder collaboration skills and experience working with external third-party providers.
* Regulatory experience, particularly with Central Bank regulations.
* Proficiency in documentation and process optimization.
* Ability to manage projects with a strategic and macro perspective.
* Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
* Experience in lending or mortgage-related projects is highly desirable.

Working Hours & Benefits:
* Standard Monday to Friday work week.

* Competitive salary range of €75,000 - €80,000
* Annual bonus typically at 13%.
