BRAND MANAGER- BEAUTY /COSMETICS

Job Description

My Client is a leading FMCG organization that operates within the Health and Beauty category and due to continued growth , are now looking for a Brand Manager to join the Business. This role will suit someone who is currently at ABM / Marketing Executive level and is looking for the next step in their career.

Hiring Manager Laura and the Team- Laura has been promoted twice in the last 5 years in the company- she is fair; calm; measured and a passionate marketer and she said “ Denis I am looking for someone who can work at pace; think; come with ideas; yet is organized and has excellent communication skills- as the successful candidate will be partnering with some top- tier beauty brand principles and will also be expected to ‘educate’ our sales team. There are fair and attainable targets in place and we have a fantastic culture in the business where people stay and enjoy working here.”

Salary for this role is circa 40,000- 50,000 plus package and another sell is that there is a lot of flexibility with hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Brand Principals on brand planning to identify key focuses and new opportunities.
* Translate brand elements into 360 execution plans and go-to-market strategies.
* Create, execute and manage marketing programs and campaigns.
* Present Sales Team with required brand information and tools to support efficient execution of new launches and new listings i.e., presentations, sales insights, gap analysis etc.
* Supply Key Accounts with supporting plans and assets to maximise new listings and brand launches to drive product run rates.
* Develop and create cosmetic stands and POS solutions with local 3rd party suppliers.
* Manage 3rd Party PR Agencies to ensure accurate, efficient, and ensure timely execution of brand and social media plans and influencer campaigns.
* Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns in line with agreed KPIs to assess ROI.
* Provide accurate forecasting to Operations Department and liaise with the Sales Department to factor in upcoming new trade listings/promotional and new launch activities/delist exit strategies.
* Run brand reports to analyse performance, identify gaps and opportunities for sales. Distribution tracking of new product and brand launches to best achieve agreed sales targets.
* Update pharmacy B2B eCommerce ordering platform with latest brand launches.

Qualifications/Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management.
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
* Creative thinker and problem solver.
* Strong communication skills and Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across multiple brand projects.
