ERP Project Manager

Experience Level: 12+ Years (minimum 5+ years ERP implementation experience)

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead and manage multiple ERP implementations across the manufacturing industry sector. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of complex ERP projects, and we are looking for a candidate with a strong background in ERP systems such as SAP, Epicor, Oracle, or Microsoft. The ideal candidate will have extensive consultancy experience, having worked on multiple ERP implementations simultaneously, and will thrive in a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementations across multiple clients within the manufacturing industry.
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
* Provide expert consultancy services to guide clients through the ERP implementation process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
* Conduct regular project reviews and ensure proper documentation and communication of project status to stakeholders.
* Travel to client sites as required, with 2 days per week on-site in Dublin22.

Required Skills And Experience

* A minimum of 5 years of hands-on ERP implementation experience with any major ERP systems (SAP, Epicor, Oracle, Microsoft).
* Extensive experience within the manufacturing industry sector.
* Proven consultancy experience with a track record of managing multiple ERP implementations simultaneously.
* Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

* Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
* Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex project challenges.
