Project Manager (Fit Out)

My client, a Tier 1 Construction Company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Fit-Out) with over 10 years of construction experience specializing in fit-out projects and interiors. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join high-performing project teams in Dublin, working on high-profile projects with blue-chip clients in a stimulating environment.

Responsibilities

* Develop and update the master construction programme, ensuring the project meets key milestones.
* Determine staff resources for the project and communicate effectively with the team.
* Implement the Safety System and establish an excellent safety culture on the project.
* Manage project quality over the lifecycle and ensure build quality meets expectations.
* Ensure project costs are managed and preliminaries/packages are tightly controlled.
* Collaborate with the commercial team to deliver agreed commercial objectives for the project.
* Maintain positive relationships with the client team through concise project controls and reporting, keeping them informed of all operational and commercial risks, including delays and potential claims.

Requirements

* Third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* 10+ years construction experience, working on fit-out projects/interiors.
* Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex projects.
* Strong numeracy and report writing skills.
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.
* Understands commercial realities and proposes cost-effective solutions.
* Proficient in MS Office, project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project or similar), and Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Procore, BIM 360, or similar platforms.
