Regulatory Project Manager

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Project Planning and Management

* Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress in line with CACI project management methodology
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects
* Ensure resource availability and allocation
* Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques

Regulatory Compliance

* Work as part of the Compliance team to stay abreast of regulatory changes and trends within the industry
* Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure that all projects comply with the necessary regulations and standards
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including compliance reports and audits

Stakeholder Engagement

* Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including team members, management, and external partners
* Engage with and keep up to date CACI’s Project Management team on the status of projects and material issues / blockers
* Schedule and lead project meetings to report on progress, risks, and solutions
* Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Risk Management

* Perform risk management analysis to minimize project risks
* Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Quality Assurance

* Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
* Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
* Report and escalate issues to management as needed

Experience and Qualifications

Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field
* Proven working experience (+5 years) in project management, preferably in a regulatory or compliance project environment
* Experience of working with multiple new and legacy systems
* Strong knowledge of and ability to interpret legal and regulatory text into usable operational steps
* Exceptional presentation skills to all stakeholder (Board, intra group and across a variety functions)
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
* Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II Certificate
* Certified Regulatory Compliance - Compliance Institute (LCOI Preferred)
* Fluent English & French required
