Key Responsibilities:

Project handover from sales

Define project scope

Produce scope of works

Management of logistics from supply chain partners

Project Scheduling

Site Visits / Surveys

Attendance at Meetings / Meeting Minutes

Scope of Works Change Tracking

Variations Tracking & Management

Variations / Scope Change

Product & Parts Purchase Requisition & Tracking

RAMS - Risk Assessment / Method Statements (in conjunction with EHS Manager)

Project Cost Tracking - Materials & Labour Hours

Sub-contractor Liaison & Management

Safety Statements

Insurances

Site-pass / safe pass

Preparation and presentation of handover / O+M package (including Service Annuity / Service Level Agreement)Commercial acumen

Requirements:

Strong project management skills

Minimum 5 years of experience with a proven track record of managing electrical projects

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
