Role: Senior Block Manager

Client: Residential & Commercial Management Agency

Essentials: 3+ years of Block Management experience, PSRA License, Full Driving License

Location: North Dublin

Salary & Package: €50,000 - €60,000, hybrid working, onsite parking and more

Progression: This role has emerged as the Managing Director is seeking to continue the business's growth and requires an experienced Block Manager to take over their portfolio.

Reporting to: General Manager & Managing Director

Our client is a well established Management Agency based in North Dublin. Their portfolio consists of Residential, Commercial & Student Accommodation. They pride themselves on attracting top talent to enable them to set and maintain high standards in their work and client relationships.

This role would be brilliant for an experienced Block Manager Manager with 3+ years of experience who is looking to be involved with a top class portfolio and closely work with the Managing Director You'll be part of a Property Management team who enjoy the work life balance that hybrid working allows them.
