Liberty Towers are proud to be partnering with one of Ireland’s foremost communications and training companies. Our client provides a wide range of services, including Communication, Dissemination, PR, Public Affairs, Training, and HR and Careers services, to clients in both the public and private sectors across Ireland and the EU.

As our client's project portfolio expands, they are looking to appoint an experienced EU Project Manager to join their growing European projects team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, creative, and hardworking, with solid experience in project management, communications, and stakeholder engagement. We are looking for self-motivated team players who can confidently manage multiple projects and interact effectively with Senior Management Teams.

Responsibilities:

* Manage communication and dissemination (C&D) activities in Horizon Europe projects.
* Develop and implement C&D strategies.
* Draft news items, blogs, press releases, and reports.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, the media, and the European Commission.
* Support the organization of seminars, conferences, and other events.
* Manage client social media profiles and develop digital content.
* Attend project meetings and prepare reports.
* Manage dissemination budgets.
* Conduct desk research and update databases.
* Perform administrative tasks.

Requirements:

* Completed third-level education in a relevant field.
* At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
* Excellent time and project management skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Excellent written and oral English skills.
* Ability to process complex information and communicate clear messages to non-scientific audiences.
* Strong knowledge and experience with social media and online communications.
* Willingness to travel.
