Location: 10km from Cork City Centre

Duration: 6 month contract to begin with

Salary: €33,000

Key Responsibilities

* Consolidate, communicate, and drive issue resolution to closure for key projects.
* Maintain a project dashboard to keep stakeholders informed about project status.
* Schedule and coordinate project kick-off meetings and reviews with stakeholders.
* Publish meeting minutes, action item logs, and updated schedules to track project progress.
* Provide functional expertise to assess potential schedule risks and operational impacts, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Set up data management processes and utilize multiple system interfaces, including file uploads and managing the order process to ensure accurate data handling.
* Ensure effective communication and resolution of project-related issues.

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
* Proficiency in tools such as Oracle, Office Suite, and Google Apps.
