Overview:

A fast growing Multinational Cybersecurity firm that are a leading provider of specialized information security services, offering expertise in application security, cloud security, IoT security, and payment security services, are looking to hire a CyberSecurity Project Manager

Clients:

You will be working with large enterprises, top law firms, and rapidly growing Tech and Financial Services companies mainly in the US but also worldwide.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various security assessments, including penetration tests, secure code reviews, and threat modeling. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.

You will manage multiple project phases simultaneously, coordinating resources, setting deadlines, and assigning responsibilities. Your focus will be on delivering projects on time, within budget, and in scope, while maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security consultants, and report to senior management. This role requires a mix of technical understanding, strong project management skills, and the ability to apply creative solutions when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements and the technical aspects of security assessments.

- Define project deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards.

- Estimate and allocate resources efficiently to meet client expectations.

- Develop and share comprehensive delivery plans with clients and project team members.

- Ensure resource availability and resolve any issues that may impact project feasibility.

- Monitor project schedules to ensure they are completed within scope and budget.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in project management within the cybersecurity industry.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.

- Ability to manage high-stress situations and resolve conflicts effectively.

- Availability to work within US time zones (Eastern time).

- Ability to follow established processes and work independently when needed.

- Experience with project management software is a plus.
