Sales and Project Coordinator

Due to significant growth in our wastewater business in Ireland, we are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Executive to join our team. The role requires a proactive and driven individual to expand our reach in the wastewater infrastructure sector, promoting our innovative MEICA solutions and precast concrete products. This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities

* Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs to provide tailored solutions.
* Pricing and Quotes: Conduct comprehensive pricing analyses and prepare detailed quotes that align with client objectives and company profitability.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by representing Molloy at trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
* Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production departments to ensure customer specifications are precisely met.
* Market Expansion: Introduce Molloy's existing and new product lines to untapped markets, expanding our reach and reinforcing our market position.

Requirements

* Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. (A degree is a nice to have, but a different career route is okay also!)
* Experience: Experience in sales, or on technical projects. Experience within the construction, environmental, or infrastructure sectors is a plus but not required.
* Skills: Strong technical background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strategic thinking, and a passion for sales.

Desirable qualities

* Knowledge: Familiarity with the wastewater treatment and precast product industries is advantageous.
* Track Record: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Communication: Exceptional ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
