Snr Finance Manager – Investment Management – Dublin City Centre

Barden has partnered with a leading private investment firm with a diverse portfolio to hire a Snr Finance Manager who will be responsible for a broad remit of financial analysis and reporting activities.

This role is hybrid.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

* Monthly and quarterly management reporting, NAV production, performance analysis, and KPI tracking.
* Financial control and transaction management.
* Validate portfolio valuations and prepare reports.
* Business analysis for senior leadership meetings.
* Manage relationships with external service providers.
* Oversee year-end audits and risk monitoring.
* Drive process improvements and cost savings.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

* Professional accounting qualification preferred.
* Minimum of 8 years experience working in investment/funds type role.
* Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and communication abilities.
* Experience in driving change and process improvements.
