Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage a subsea cable installation project across Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in marine operations and subsea cable installation and will be responsible for managing project execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring operational efficiency. Start date: immediate
Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end delivery of subsea cable installation projects, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and schedule.Oversee marine operations, cable laying, and burial activities, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) standards.Manage contracts, vendors, and subcontractors involved in marine and cable installation operations.Ensure project risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated through proactive planning and execution.Coordinate with regulatory authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with permitting and environmental requirements.Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with engineering, procurement, and operational teams.Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.Lead offshore and onshore teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements & Qualifications:10+ years of experience in marine operations and subsea cable installation Strong background in offshore project execution, vessel operations, cable laying, burial techniques, and subsea construction, nearshore operations.Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams in high-risk offshore environments.Excellent knowledge of marine regulations, permitting processes, and HSE compliance.Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.Ability to travel across Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe as required.Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with international subsea cable standards and industry regulations.
Contract Details:Duration: Project-based Commencement: ImmediateLocation: Combination of offshore, onshore, and remote work, with frequent travel to project sites.Rate: Competitive, based on experience.
