WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Our growing team is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator for the AV Operations team. This candidate will be responsible for assisting the AV Operations team & Program Managers in organizing the ongoing projects and priorities. This position involves, but is not limited to monitoring project plans, schedules, data and tasks. It will also require organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. A successful Project Coordinator will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office and the Google Suite equivalents. An ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. In this role, you will play an integral part in being the intermediary between internal departments. You will have to coordinate multiple large and small scale projects and tasks, with competing priorities in a complex and technical team environment. Project management skills and experience will be necessary in this position. You will be tasked with handling daily incoming requests from intake forms landing into virtual inboxes through Asana or similar platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support management through project planning and coordination to meet commitments on time and within resource limitations.Assist with daily operations and the implementation of standards, procedures and best practices that ensures a cohesive, consistent and uniformed global programReviewing the project management software platform and ensuring all tasks are adhering to naming conventions, regular updates are being made, reporting tools are staying current (Asana, Clickup, etc.)Post weekly updates to project tasks updating all collaborators and key stakeholders of project progress and roadblocksAssist the Project Manager with projects, task management, deadlines, and follow up.Assist with triaging new requests for projects, purchase requests and formatting the requests to ensure title complianceAssist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and creating internal documentation for teams to followFollows project file structures & proceduresOther duties as assigned by your direct reports
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
3+ years of experience in project coordination or similar field with applicable experienceExperience with Asana or similar project management platformsExcellent written and verbal skillsProficient in Microsoft Suite & Google SuiteAttention to detailHighly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environmentAbility to learn quickly and adopt to ever change environments and enterprise toolsExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsExperience in Enterprise environmentsPrevious experience in client facing roles and environments
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Fluency in Mandarin preferredAvixa Certifications such as CTS or AV-T preferredPMI Certifications such as CAPM & PMP preferred
