Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute strategic business plans, driving growth across prioritized initiatives while aligning global and regional markets.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals and deadlines.Foster collaboration across teams and markets, building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure organizational alignment.Monitor and track performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability across regions.Analyse KPIs and business performance data, translating insights into actions.Build cross-functional relationships within Swo and Google to enhance operational efficiency and goal alignment.Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead complex problem-solving initiatives to drive business success.Conduct in-depth analysis of global and regional business performance, including revenue and ROI, to generate strategic insights.Assess operational capabilities, identifying strengths and opportunities to enhance overall business performance.Develop and optimize reporting processes to ensure data accuracy and meaningful insights.Guide and support regional teams to align with global strategies and achieve outstanding results.Partner with sales operations and strategic partnerships to scale our global reach.
What we need to see from you:Proven experience in strategic program management, business operations, or a related field.Strong ability to drive initiatives, align stakeholders, and deliver impactful results.Expertise in performance tracking, KPI analysis, and data-driven decision-making.Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.Proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving challenges, and driving business success.Clear, effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.Google experience preferredPartner Management or Sales experience preferred
