About the Role:
SOAR is seeking a high-performing, ambitious Product Manager to join Soar, a revolutionary finance and real estate technology disrupter. This fully remote role (working CET and Middle eastern timezone) represents an opportunity to shape the future of finance and investing, launching initially in one of the world's most dynamic real estate markets. You’ll need to be a go-getter and self-starter who gets the job done, someone who can creatively collaborate with our rockstar team to define simple solutions to complex problems. Responsibilities:

Lead the charge in revolutionising financial services and real estate by researching, building and launching breakthrough features that will transform the marketDrive step-change improvements in key metrics through hypothesis-driven experiments, combining deep customer insights with market intelligenceMaster the art of user discovery through interviews and testing, ensuring every feature is grounded in real user needs and evidence-based designCraft compelling PRDs that bridge the gap between vision and execution, working with design and engineering to create exceptional product experiencesUncover strategic insights through deep analysis of product metrics, guiding decisions and scope prioritisationBreak down complex initiatives into achievable milestones, maintaining momentum while delivering real valueElevate our product practice to accelerate the pace at which we deliver value to our customersEnsure regulatory & legal compliance while maintaining rapid innovationCollaborate on overall product strategy alongside our Head of ProductBuild and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
Required Skills:7+ years of experience as , Product Manager, or in a similar role within the Fintech industry.Proven track record in product management at high-growth companies, shipping products that users love and that drive meaningful metricsStrong product sense and user empathy - you can predict how products will be perceived and used, always putting yourself in users' shoesFirst principles thinker who breaks down complex problems into elegant solutionsHypothesis-driven and empirical, obsessing over evidence-based approaches and creating closed feedback loops for every featureTrack record of taking initiative to find new product ideas and turn them into massive outcomesExceptional prioritisation skills with smart, scrappy approaches to testing, building and delivering at speedStrong communication skills that translate complex ideas into clear, actionable requirements for any audienceCross-functional leader who brings teams together towards strategic objectives, especially with engineering, design, and business teamsData-driven decision maker who analyses both qualitative and quantitative data to measure impact and identify opportunities
Preferred Skills:Experience in fintech or real estate techExperience in Saudi/UAE marketArabic language skillsExperience with AI/ML productsIslamic finance knowledgeDegree in Business, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience working on Finance, Credit, or Loans modules within a Fintech environment.
