The Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager looking to transition into a client-side role. The successful candidate will be able to lead projects from inception through to site, and should have experience managing project at Planning & Preconstruction stages also.
You should be able to manage complex processes effectively, should work well under pressure, should have excellent reporting skills, and should be comfortable overseeing multiple projects at any given time.
This role will suit someone coming from a Senior to AD level role currently.

Requirements:
Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Construction Management7+ Years in a Project Management positionShould be able to draw on experience in Development/Project ManagementExperience in client-facing roles neededMust have a track-record in delivering projects from planning through to hand-overPrevious exposure to managing teamsShould understand the value in building and maintaining internal & external relationshipsMust be able to demonstrate an ability to immediately fulfil the duties of the role.
