Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Virtual Assistant and Contact Center technologies. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end project execution, from requirement analysis to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:Lead IT projects focused on Virtual Assistant and Contact Center solutions.Conduct and manage requirement analysis meetings with business and technical stakeholders.Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of project milestones.Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.Drive initiatives involving AI-powered virtual assistants and customer service automation.Ensure alignment with business objectives, customer experience goals, and technical feasibility.
Required Qualifications:Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, particularly in the Virtual Assistant or Contact Center domains.Solid understanding of technologies such as: IBM Watson / Prosodie Odigo / Veridas / GenesysFamiliarity with passive cycle processes including WBE, ODA, APS.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.Demonstrated ability to work in complex, cross-functional, and multi-vendor environments.Fluent in both Italian and Spanish (spoken and written).
Preferred Skills:Technical background in Artificial Intelligence or Natural Language Processing (NLP).Prior experience working in multi-vendor ecosystems or international project environments.
