Contract - Pharma - CRM Technical Project Manager - Remote - 6 months (extendable)
Technical Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects across global teams. This role requires a strong communicator and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of CRM systems and enterprise-scale rollouts. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and business, driving stakeholder alignment, ensuring delivery excellence, and executing end-to-end implementations across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive stakeholder communication across business units, technology teams, and executive leadership to ensure project transparency, alignment, and success.Lead global project implementations and rollouts, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional resources.Oversee the end-to-end integration and deployment of CRM platforms, ensuring seamless business process alignment and technical execution.Develop detailed project plans, track progress, mitigate risks, and report status to internal and external stakeholders.Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business owners, translating requirements and ensuring delivery meets expectations.Implement and continuously improve project management processes, tools, and templates.Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience in various CRM platform integration & end-end implementationProven experience leading global rollouts and large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar.Strong understanding of systems integration, data migration, and change management.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet).PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
