About the RoleWe’re looking for a strategic and creative Senior SMM Manager with potential to grow into a Team Lead role to develop our presence on Instagram and TikTok.This is not just about making Reels — we’re looking for someone ready to take full ownership of our social media channels, build and execute a content strategy, and grow into a team leadership role in the future.
What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and execute a content strategy for Instagram and TikTok in Russian and EnglishCreate content for our channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)Produce and edit short videos (Shorts, Reels, TikToks)Monitor current trends and memes, integrate them into content to attract the audienceAnalyze content performance, adjust the communication plan, prepare reports
What We’re Looking ForProven experience growing and managing Instagram and TikTok accountsCopywriting skills — ability to write texts of various complexity and lengthExcellent literacy and ability to adapt writing style to the company’s tone of voiceCreativity and active idea generationStrong visual culture and deep understanding of current trendsExperience with graphic editors (Figma, Canva, and others)Fluent in English (B2 level or higher) and Russian (C1 or higher)
