Your New Role
They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interiors Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing interior design projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Developing and managing project plans and timelines to ensure everything stays on trackWorking closely with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and coordinationOverseeing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project stays within financial constraintsProcuring and tracking materials and furnishings needed for the projectOverseeing the installation and execution of the design plan, ensuring everything is done to specification
What you Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience in project coordination or management within the interior design industry.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction methods.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
