Finance Manager

Reporting to the Finance Director, EAME and APAC, and with a dotted line to a Regional Vice President, oversee all elements of FP&A, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, investment appraisal (with a supporting role for New Business and Contract Renewal pricing), financial analysis, and ad hoc projects, for the VP’s client portfolio.
Be a true Business Partner to the VP, offering support and insight as necessary across all elements of the client portfolio’s financial performance, including comprehensive insight to the operational and commercial drivers of the numbers, working to identify opportunities to improve financial performance and create real financial value.
Provide ongoing insight and ad-hoc support to Operational & Commercial Directors and Managers, and lead a team of Financial Analysts, supporting in their ongoing development.
Skills and Experience Required
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)7-10 years of experience in the following areas:Management AccountingFinancial planning and analysisInvestment appraisal & pricingOperational and commercial supportExperience of managing peopleEffective communicatorAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with SAP and BPC systems desirableDesires to work on own initiative with minimum supervision, and takes pride in setting and meeting goalsDesires to learn and work in a fast paced environment
