Contract Type: Freelance/Contract (Prolongation not yet confirmed)Overview:Our global client is seeking a skilled specialist to lead the implementation of cookie consent solutions using OneTrust. This role is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple regions, enhancing user experience, and supporting internal privacy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Cookie Consent Implementation:Design, configure, and deploy cookie consent banners using the OneTrust platform.Ensure banners are in line with branding guidelines and legal requirements.Customize banners based on the needs of different regions and business units.Regulatory Compliance:Ensure cookie banners comply with global privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, ePrivacy, etc.Monitor updates in data privacy laws to keep the implementation process compliant.Testing and Troubleshooting:Test banner appearance and functionality across devices, browsers, and user environments.Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain a seamless user experience.Cookie Management:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to categorize cookies accurately.Maintain consent logs and manage records for compliance audits.Documentation & Reporting:Document implementation processes, updates, and configurations.Generate reports and analytics using OneTrust to track consent acceptance rates and user behavior.
Must-Have Skills and Experience:Proven experience with OneTrust or similar Consent Management Platforms (CMPs).Solid understanding of global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development tools.Previous hands-on experience with cookie consent banner implementation and compliance workflows.
