About Your New JobKey Responsibilities:Manage projects assigned to you, providing updates on progress, status, and risksSet up subcontractor-specific templates and trackersHold workshops with subcontractorsReview material submittals for BCaR complianceAttend meetings with key stakeholders
Additional Duties:Track benchmark inspections and distribute feedbackRequest and chase subcontractor inspectionsUndertake site inspections regularlyRequest and collate BCaR/Handover checklistsProvide regular updates to the BCaR Manager, Project Manager, and Project Director
What Skills You NeedUndergraduate degree / Degree-level education preferableProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)Experience in, or exposure to, working on a BCaR projectStrong organizational and communication skillsExceptional attention to detailAbility to work well in a team and independentlyProfessionalism, as this is a client-facing role
