Job Description

Morgan McKinley is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join a leading FMCG in Dublin.
As a Procurement Coordinator you will assist with purchasing activities, supplier communications, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in procurement and supply chain management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support the buying team with day-to-day buying and operational tasksCreate, process, and track purchase orders and requisitionsMaintain accurate records of supplier contracts and pricingMonitor and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goodsSupport inventory control and stock level monitoringHelp resolve supplier issues and discrepancies with orders or invoicesMaintain procurement data in internal systems and databasesAssist with internal reporting and spend analysisEnsure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Key Requirements:2+years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, ideally in a fast paced environment. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is desirable.Experience using ERP systems for procurement activities is an advantage.
