Your Experiences5 years experience in the Telecommunications industryImplementation, customisation and management of ServiceNow ITSMKnowledge of incident, problem, change management & service catalogueImplementation and further development of TOMsExperience with automation & monitoring in telco environmentsImplementation & management of TSOM solutionsFocus on telco-specific services & resourcesSLA management & quality assurance in telecommunicationsImplementation of performance & quality monitoringExpertise in networks, service delivery & customer managementFamiliar with regulatory requirements & standardsManagement of IT projects in the telco environment (ServiceNow, TSOM)Application of methods such as Agile/ScrumKnowledge of ITIL & application in ServiceNowUnderstanding of network technologies & integration into ITSM
Nice-to-haves:Experience in digital transformation projectsIntercultural competence & working in global teamsAdditional certifications (e.g. ITIL)
