We’re looking for a Client Project Manager to onboard and support new B2B customers. You’ll be the go-to person during implementation — helping clients get live, stay confident, and succeed. If you enjoy working directly with people, are tech-comfortable, and love making things run smoothly — this could be a great fit.

🎯 Role Description & ResponsibilitiesYou’ll join the Customer Success & Delivery team (currently 10 people) and work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support.
You’ll be responsible for:Owning client onboarding and implementation projectsActing as the main point of contact for new customersLeading kickoff calls and managing project timelinesTroubleshooting basic setup and product questionsCollaborating with internal teams to escalate issues or request product changesEnsuring smooth handover to account managers or support teams
Tools you’ll use:Notion, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Zoom, Trello or Asana
🙋‍♂️ Is this you?2–4 years of experience in project coordination, onboarding, or client-facing rolesStrong communicator who’s great at building trust with clientsDetail-oriented and good at keeping multiple things on trackCurious about how products work and not afraid to dive into techBonus: experience working in SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce environments
