About the Role - The Senior Director of Restaurants Operations will advise the Board on all aspects related to the Operations: financial, planning, manning, sales, etc. The Senior Director of Restaurants Operations will also act as an Audit for the existing businesses.
Qualifications - The right candidate should have prior experience in Restaurant Operations (Director level) - within the Food and Beverage Industry (Lifestyle / Michelin / High End)
