Our client is one of the leaders in residential and commercial fire protection systems, specialising in the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of high-performance sprinkler systems. With a reputation for quality and compliance, they are expanding their presence in Dublin and seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.
Role OverviewYou will be leading the delivery of fire protection projects in the Dublin region. This role is critical in ensuring that sprinkler systems are installed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget, while maintaining excellent communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage fire sprinkler installation projects from initiation through to completionLiaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project deliveryCoordinate design, procurement, and installation activitiesMonitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standardsEnsure compliance with all relevant fire safety regulations and standards (including BS 9251 and BS EN 12845)Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and progress reportsConduct site visits to monitor work and resolve issuesManage and supervise on-site installation teams and subcontractorsMaintain health & safety standards on all project sites
RequirementsMinimum 3 years’ experience in project management, ideally within fire protection or M&E contractingProven track record of managing sprinkler or mechanical installation projectsStrong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and relevant regulatory standardsAbility to interpret technical drawings and specificationsExcellent leadership, organisational, and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office and project management toolsFull clean driving licenceSafe Pass and other relevant certifications (e.g., CIF, IOSH) an advantage
