Company Overview:A leading Modular Construction company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Site Manager ready to step into a Project Management role or for an established PM with a hands-on background in groundworks and fit-outs.
Role:You’ll be responsible for delivering modular construction projects – primarily in the education sector – from site preparation through to final fit-out and handover. Projects are spread across the Munster and Midwest regions with a strong support team in place.
Responsibilities:Oversee all stages of modular construction projects including groundworks, installation and fit-outCoordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project milestones are metManage project timelines, budgets and quality standardsEnsure strict compliance with health & safety regulationsAct as the main point of contact for clients, consultants and internal teams
Requirements Experience working as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager in constructionSolid understanding of groundworks and fit-out processesExperience with modular construction or school projects is a strong advantageStrong leadership and organisational skillsFull driving licence
