Junior Project Manager

Exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Manager or Project Engineer to join a growing manufacturing company in Galway. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong sales mentality and a passion for New Product Development (NPD).

The RoleWe are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Project Manager to drive the successful development of new products by collaborating closely with NPD, sales, and marketing teams. Key responsibilities include:Managing multiple NPD projects from concept to launch.Acting as the key link between NPD, sales, and marketing to align project goals with business strategy.Influencing stakeholders to drive projects forward and ensure commercial success.Budget management and problem-solving to optimise resources.Ensuring timely project delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have:A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years’ experience in project management within a manufacturing environment, ideally in NPD or marketing.A strong sales mentality, with the ability to align technical development with market demands.A proven track record of working closely with sales and marketing teams to bring new products to market.PMP Certification (advantageous but not essential).Experience in Class II medical devices (advantageous but not required).Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.The ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive projects to completion.
