🔍 Job Description📌 Mandatory Skills:Minimum 3 years of experience in Requirements Elicitation & Project Management using Agile methodology.✨ Desired Skills:Ability to engage with business stakeholders to capture, advise on, and influence business requirements.Translate business needs into technical specifications and detailed test cases.🛠️ Responsibilities:Prepare requirement documentation from client meetings and discussions.Draft and understand technical and functional specifications.Create Jira/Radar stories and sub-tasks based on requirements.Evaluate requirement feasibility and provide estimates in collaboration with development teams.Conduct functional testing and feature demos pre- and post-go-live.Develop sprint execution plans.Collaborate with engineering teams across time zones to ensure proper capture of functional/non-functional requirements.Represent engineering teams during UAT, including:Reviewing and contributing to test cases.Triaging issues and assigning to the correct teams.Managing the backlog and supporting test reporting.Support the Project Manager to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Provide regular status updates and escalate issues proactively.Support day-to-day team activities to ensure successful deliveries.Join us and be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact project success.#Hiring #TechnicalProjectManager #ProjectManagementJobs #AgilePM #CorkJobs #IrelandJobs #ITJobs #BusinessAnalysis #Scrum #Jira #TechJobs #Ampstek #OnsiteJobs #AgileJobs
