I am partnered with a leading supplier of advanced process solutions based in Charleville, seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their growing Projects & Engineering Department.
In this role, you'll report directly to the Projects & Engineering Manager and lead a highly skilled team of project, process, and mechanical engineers. You'll be at the forefront of delivering high-spec engineering solutions across a range of innovative, client-facing projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:
*Own full project lifecycle from design through procurement, construction, testing, and final delivery.
*Drive project success through quality, schedule, and budget control.
*Build strong relationships with clients to ensure expectations are consistently exceeded.
*Engage and manage suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring they align with technical and commercial goals.
*Proactively manage project risk, identify challenges early, and implement mitigation strategies.
*Review client specifications against internal scope and commercial terms.
*Prepare and verify engineering deliverables, including technical specs and procurement docs.
*Lead effective communication with stakeholders through regular reporting and updates.
*Oversee mechanical build progress and quality assurance inspections.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
*5+ years' experience in a similar project management role, ideally within Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or F&B sectors.
*A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process, or Chemical Engineering (or related discipline).
*Proven hands-on experience in mechanical and process engineering.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills across all levels.
*A proactive mindset with a results-driven, solutions-oriented approach.
*Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
*Familiarity with client and vendor engagement processes.
*Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication in English.
*Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary project team.
