Virtual Mentorship Experience

The IPM Mentorship Programme is a virtual mentoring initiative designed to connect aspiring and emerging project managers with experienced mentors in the field. IPM will set the participants up for success by running a thorough matching process based on skills and industry and by facilitating the inaugural session. After the initial session, the mentor and mentee will arrange subsequent meetings at their convenience for a recommended period of 6 months.
