Duties include: Manage internal fit-out projects, with a focus on hospital and healthcare settingsEnsure projects meet safety, quality, budget, and timeline targetsComply with all regulatory and quality standards, including BC(A)RCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and design teamsOversee all fit-out phasesLead quality control efforts on siteEnsure continuous compliance with health and safety regulationsCreate and update project schedules and progress reports using management software
