€500/day | Flexible Hybrid Role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end New Product Development lifecycle: from feasibility and engineering design through rigorous verification, validation, and market launch
  • Manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring seamless coordination across global teams and stakeholders
  • Apply your engineering expertise to drive innovation, problem-solving, and product readiness
  • Champion regulatory compliance, including ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, and EU MDR standards
  • Embed robust risk management and quality processes into every phase of development

About You

Engineering background with proven leadership in medical device R&D and project management (Class II or III device experience highly preferred)

Hands-on knowledge of design controls, regulatory pathways, and quality systems in a matrixed international environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire teams and align diverse stakeholders

Passion for delivering technologies that have a real, positive impact on patient lives
