About the Opportunity

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the industrial strategy for a platform within the organization. You will be responsible for driving process development, standardization, and performance management to ensure alignment with the overall company strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate the Mid-Term Plan for the platform
  • Contribute to Strategic Product Planning
  • Define technology roadmap
  • Lead Make-or-Buy analysis
  • Ensure alignment of Industrial Strategy with overall company strategy
  • Manage Platform Process PTMs
  • Attend Industrial Validation Committees
  • Support RAISE initiatives
  • Collect and analyze line capacity and performance data
  • Provide inputs for investment plans
  • Contribute to supplier panel development
  • Participate in project team customer communications

About You

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial strategy, process development, and performance management. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for this role.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- X years of experience in industrial strategy
- Proficiency in technology roadmap development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
