Responsibilities

• Cover the project lifecycle from inception to delivery
• Manage and deliver capital investment projects
• Act as the key client interface
• Lead project management commissions
• Contribute to the operational running of the team

About You

The successful candidate will have experience in primary healthcare and educational markets, along with specific qualifications and experience.

• Post Graduate Qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
• In pursuit of Chartered Status with SCSI/RICS/CIOB/RIBA/EI
• APM affiliation is a benefit
