About the Opportunity

Design Build Search is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager on behalf of our client, a leading Construction Consultancy offering a range of cost management and project management services to blue chip clients in a wide variety of sectors. Our client excels with construction quality and standards. You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people in the industry, and deliver the very highest standards on some of the most exciting construction projects in Ireland and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project delivery from inception to completion
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders

About You

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Project Management experience with a local Construction Consultancy
• Relevant third level qualification in Construction Management/Engineering or a related field
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent level of report writing skills
• Exceptional communication and computer skills
• Motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile
