The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager with strong ClickUp expertise to take ownership of our workflows, build out templates, and create automations that keep our team efficient and aligned. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we use ClickUp as our central hub for productivity and growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize ClickUp templates for repeatable processes.
• Develop automations that reduce manual work and increase team efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to map processes into ClickUp.
• Ensure consistent adoption of ClickUp across the organization.
• Act as the go-to ClickUp champion, providing training and support as needed.
• Manage ongoing projects, ensuring tasks, deadlines, and resources are effectively tracked.

About You

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager (agency, startup, or fast-paced environment a plus).
• Deep, hands-on ClickUp knowledge - you know the ins and outs of templates, automations, dashboards, and integrations.
• Strong process-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into efficient workflows.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and proactive - always looking for smarter ways to work.
