About the Opportunity

Title: Fit-Out Project Manager
Location: West Dublin (Head Office)
Projects: Large-scale Office Fit-Outs

Responsibilities

• Lock down programme, logistics and phasing; keep the schedule realistic and visible.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers; unblock issues early.
• Track cost, quality and progress; keep variations tight and documented.
• Lead client/design meetings; align drawings and specs with what’s buildable.
• Run H&S to a high standard and ensure compliance at all times.

About You

Proven delivery as PM (or Senior Site/Contracts Manager stepping up) on high-end fit-outs—commercial or residential.
Strong grasp of fit-out methods, trades interfaces, services integration and regs.
Clear communicator, steady leadership, organised and reliable.
Track record of handing over on time, on budget, to premium finish.
Relevant construction/engineering qualification is an advantage (not essential).
