About the Opportunity

Base Location: Dublin / Leinster Region

Salary: €57,600 - €63,000 depending on skills and experience + performance-related bonus + company vehicle + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

Responsibilities

• Ensure the on time, within scope and within budget, delivery of SEAI grant funded projects to our customers
• Manage contractors who will be installing various home upgrade measures, whilst ensuring all works are completed to SSE’S highest standards of health and safety
• Develop the project following the sales hand over, through to final delivery, which includes the design, implementation, sign off and close out
• Liaise with engineers, managers, clients and all other stakeholders, ensuring the project is carried out to their requirements
• Review and improve operating processes to ensure efficiencies are identified and maximised

About You

You have:

• Proven experience operating as either a Project Manager or Project Coordinator within the domestic retrofit sector. A construction related trade would be beneficial
• Demonstrable, strong SEAI schemes understanding and in-depth knowledge of building retrofit materials and components
• Experience and strong knowledge of commercial management on retrofit projects and proven experience of managing contractors and customer expectations, to enable smooth delivery of domestic retrofit projects
• The ability to ensure compliance with company health and safety, and quality and environmental management systems, capable of challenging unsafe behaviour directly with contractors and other stakeholders
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, and a proficiency in the relative software associated with the role
