Project Manager Infrastructure

About the Opportunity

Turner & Townsend help to deliver transformational programmes in consultancy, project delivery, and post-project operations globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects focusing on drainage and water systems.
• Oversee project lifecycle including feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, procurement, and construction.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage project risks, quality assurance, and change control processes.
• Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers and project staff.

About You

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a project management role.
• Proven expertise in drainage design, stormwater management, and water infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
