Responsibilities
- Advising at a strategic level from project conception
- Establishing success criteria for projects
- Planning and managing quality, safety, and environment issues
- Leading project team and applying performance management techniques
- Managing project finances and information flow
About You

- Maintain learning & development plan
- Develop professional competency
- Coach/mentor junior staff
Marketing And Business Development, To Include:
- Developing new business opportunities
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Constructing bids for new work
Internal Management Accountabilities, To Include:
- Staff management
- Knowledge management
- Financial management
Health And Safety
- Observe safety regulations
- Conform to local and national laws
Eligibility
Essential:
- Degree in engineering or construction management
- Minimum 7 years Project Management experience
- Strong communication skills
Desirable:
- Recognised Project Management Qualification
