Responsibilities

• Advising at a strategic level from project conception
• Establishing success criteria for projects
• Planning and managing quality, safety, and environment issues
• Leading project team and applying performance management techniques
• Managing project finances and information flow

About You

People (HRM), To Include:

• Maintain learning & development plan
• Develop professional competency
• Coach/mentor junior staff

Marketing And Business Development, To Include:

• Developing new business opportunities
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities
• Constructing bids for new work

Internal Management Accountabilities, To Include:

• Staff management
• Knowledge management
• Financial management

Health And Safety

• Observe safety regulations
• Conform to local and national laws

Eligibility

Essential:

• Degree in engineering or construction management
• Minimum 7 years Project Management experience
• Strong communication skills

Desirable:

• Recognised Project Management Qualification
